Kinship Center Wins Special Award for Grant Submissions
Kinship Center has been informed that we have been selected for an award for “Most Impactful Grants in 2011,” to be awarded at a special ceremony on January 30, 2012 by the Orange County-based Change a Life Foundation.
“We value our partnership with Kinship Center and are proud to honor your organization for the wonderful work that you do on behalf of your clients,” said Executive Vice President Lisa Fujimoto.
The Foundation was created to help individuals and families who, through no fault of their own, have experienced an injury, illness, or catastrophic life event, and who are suffering financial hardship. Grant awards made through participating charities such as Kinship Center provide these individuals and families support for critically needed direct services that promote their self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life. Each year Kinship Center submits requests to the Foundation on behalf of people and families with extraordinary needs, and the Foundation has provided thousands of dollars in specific assistance to meet these needs. The award recognizes the impact of Kinship Center’s support and advocacy for client families.
Kinship Center wishes to express deepest appreciation to Change a Life Foundation for their significant ongoing help and for selecting Kinship Center as recipient of this award.blog comments powered by Disqus
